Shipping conditions & return conditions
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours after reception of the payment.
The delivery time will be between 2 and 7 calendar days, and may be up to a maximum of 30 days depending on the area.
All personal information provided by clients must be truthful, accurate and complete.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary based on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order.
We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each item individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after the shipping, but we do our best to protect all items.
Shipping is free for purchases for the Peninsula. In all other cases the prices are as follows:
Balearic Islands: 5€
Canary Islands: 10€
Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: 15€
North and Central America: 15€
South America: 23€
Africa, Asia and Oceania: 23€
SWIM AGAINST® ATELIER PICKUP
If you order online and choose to come pick it up at SWIM AGAINST® Atelier, it is totally free of charge.It will be available within 24-48 hours, and before you come and pickup your order you have to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURN OF A PRODUCT
At SWIM AGAINST® We want our customer’s experience to be the best. If by any chance one of your items does not live up to your expectations, you can return it within 7 days after delivery, for refund.
Returned items must never have been used or washed, and must be returned in their packaging original, in perfect condition, with all the labels on.
What is the return policy?
SWIM AGAINST® assumes the costs of the return in all cases as long as the
time and conditions specified above.
Our Clients have 7 calendar days to make the return. Starting on the day of delivery. The delivery stamp will count as the deadline. We do not accept the return of items that have been used, are washed, stains are observed, in poor condition or without the labels of the Otherwise it will be returned to the customer without the right to a refund or exchange. Inside, the return box must have all products purchased, carefully packaged and with all its contents in the original packaging.
If we finally receive the return after 7 days or discounted items, as long as the product is in perfect condition a coupon will be offered to the customer (no expiration date) to to be able to use in the online store to buy another product.
In the case of products on sale or purchased with a promotional code, it is not possible to return, only 1 change of size.
How do I make a return request?
Go to SWIM AGAINST® “My Account” at www.swimagainst.com. Click option “Returns”, and select the items you want to return.
If you do not have a client account it is very simple, you just have to send an email to email@example.com indicating the data that we indicate below: Reference, Name, email, Model, Size and payment card holder.
Please enclose, in the return box a paper with the same information that you have sent us by email.
What if I need to change something for a different size or color?
A change of size or model will be allowed for each order (if more changes are required in that case the customer will bear the shipping costs). You must send the garment to our Atelier (in the case of make the customer the shipment we are not responsible for lost shipments, so it is advised always ask for shipping tracking).
Can I return my online order in a physical place?
Also, if you prefer, our clients who want to approach our Atelier for a return in person, they can do it with an appointment, writing to the mail firstname.lastname@example.org. They only have to make sure to return within 7 days after the date delivery.
When will the refund be received?
Once we have reviewed the product, and certified that it is in good condition, we will proceed to make the return, by the same form of payment, without including the shipping costs of the same return, without shipping costs on orders outside the Peninsula.
Please note that once you have made the return shipment, we have up to 15 days working days.
When our team has processed your refund, we will send you an email to know that its on the way.
