Shippings & returns

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24-48 hours after reception of the payment.
The delivery time will be between 3 and 10 calendar days, and it could be more depending on the area worldwide or if there is any issue with the delivery company or custom house.

All personal information provided by clients must be truthful, accurate and complete to avoid incidents or delays, and if in any of theses cases there is an extra cost to solve the incident, it will be charged by the customer.

Free shipping for European countries will be applied on orders over 70€.

Some European countries to which we send, when free delivery takes more than 10 days, we give the option of express delivery with an additional charge.

If you order online and choose to come pick it up at SWIM AGAINST® Atelier, it is totally free of charge and the fastest way. It will be available within 24-48 hours, and before you come and pickup your order you have to send us an email to hi@swimagainst.com.

At SWIM AGAINST® we want our customer’s experience to be the best. If by any chance one of your items does not live up to your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after delivery, for refund or size change.

The compostable mailer that we use as packaging has a double closure so that you can use it again to return the product to our Atelier.

Once we receive your email with the return request, we will proceed to explain the options you have to send the order to our Atelier.

 

What is the return policy?

SWIM AGAINST® do not assumes the costs of the return.

Our Clients have 14 days to make the return. Starting on the day of delivery. The delivery stamp will count as the deadline.

We do not accept the return of items that have been used, are washed, stains are observed, in poor condition or without the labels of the Otherwise, Swim Against reserves the right not to make the change or return it.

Inside, the return envelope must have all products purchased, carefully packaged and with all its contents in the original packaging.

If we finally receive the return after 14 days, as long as the product is in perfect conditions a coupon will be offered to the customer (no expiration date) to to be able to use on the online store to buy another product.

The scrunchies cannot be returned as a single product, their return is only allowed if they go with an other Swimwear o Activewear or an orden over 50€.

 

What is the size change policy?

If the size you receive is not the right one for you, you can always request 1 size change within 14 days of receiving the order.

The shipping costs to our atelier are not assumed by Swim Against and once we receive your return and verify that everything is in perfect condition as you received it, we will proceed to send you the new requested size.

 

How do I make a return request?

It is very simple, you just have to send an email to hi@swimagainst.com indicating the data that we indicate below: Reference, Name, email, Model, Size and payment card holder.

 

Can I return my online order in a physical place?

Also, if you prefer, our clients who want to approach our Atelier for a return in person, they can do it with an appointment, writing to the mail hi@swimagainst.com. They only have to make sure to return within 14 days after the date delivery.

You can also see the Showroom and if you want a change in size or model you could try on all the designs that we have available at that time.

 

When will the refund be received?

Once we have reviewed the product, and certified that it is in good condition, we will proceed to make the return, by the same form of payment, without including the shipping costs of the same return, without shipping costs on orders outside the Peninsula.

Please note that once you have made the return shipment, we have up to 10 days working days. but it is usually immediate with a wait of 2- days depends on the bank.

When our team has processed your refund, we will send you an email to know that its on the way.
